For CBT and ERP clinicians

Exposure homework your clients actually do.

Turn a fear hierarchy into small tracked steps inside Conquer Fear. Your client works the ladder between sessions. You see consented progress before they walk in.

    Client ladder

    3 of 6 steps

    Driving on the motorway

    1. Sit in the parked car, engine off

      before 70 → after 35|12 Aug

    2. Drive to the end of the road

      before 65 → after 30|14 Aug

    3. Drive one junction, quiet time of day

      before 60 → after 40|18 Aug

    4. Drive two junctions in daylight

    5. Drive at rush hour

    6. Drive the full commute

Paper hierarchies get lost between sessions.

The sheet goes in a drawer.

Clients leave with a worksheet and come back with “I sort of did it.”

    Steps are too big.

A hierarchy of eight items is eight cliffs. Progress stalls at the first one that feels impossible.

You find out a week later.

No attempts, no ratings, no record of what happened in the moment.

    One ladder. Tracked every step.

    1. 1

      Build or assign a ladder.

Start from a template or set the steps yourself. Your client can adjust them; the ladder stays theirs.

    2. 2

Your client works it in Conquer Fear.

Each step is one small action with a distress rating before and after. Any step can be broken down further.

    3. 3

      You see what happened.

Steps completed, attempt dates and ratings, on a simple web dashboard, only while your client chooses to share.

    A dashboard, not a practice-management suite.

    • Current ladder and step status
    • Attempt dates and before/after distress ratings
    • Templates you can reuse across clients
    • Nothing else. No notes, no messaging, no billing.

    Consent first. Always revocable.

    • Your client links to you with a code and sees exactly what will be shared before agreeing.
    • They can stop sharing at any time from inside the app.
    • The app never diagnoses, reassures or replaces treatment. It records what your client did.

    Simple pricing. Unlimited clients.

    Why this exists

I'm not a clinician. I build Conquer Fear, a fear-exposure app, and kept hearing the same thing from people using it alongside therapy: the app was the first time their homework felt doable. This page is me asking the people who set that homework what they need. If you run exposure work, I'd like twenty minutes of your time.
