For life and accountability coaches
Break the scary goal into steps your client will actually take.
Your client agrees to something in the session. Then the week happens. Conquer Fear turns that goal into small steps they work through on their phone, and shows you what they actually did before your next call.

"I didn't get round to it."
The step was too big.
A goal that feels frightening does not get done. It gets postponed, and then explained.
You find out a week later.
Nothing between sessions tells you whether they tried, stalled, or avoided it entirely.
Avoidance looks like being busy.
Your client is not lazy. The thing they agreed to was bigger than the courage they had that day.
One goal. Small steps. Visible between sessions.
- 1
Set the goal together.
Build the ladder in your dashboard, or start from one of your templates. Your client can adjust it, because it stays theirs.
- 2
They work it on their phone.
Each step is one small action. They rate how hard it felt before and after, from 0 to 10, and can break any step down further if it is still too big.
- 3
You see what happened.
Steps done, dates, and those before-and-after ratings, waiting for you at the start of the next session.
A dashboard, not a practice-management suite.
- The current goal and where they are on it
- Dates, outcomes and before/after ratings for each attempt
- Templates you can reuse across clients
- Nothing else. No notes, no messaging, no billing.
Consent first. Always revocable.
- Your client links to you with a code and sees exactly what will be shared before agreeing.
- They can stop sharing at any time from inside the app.
- They own the ladder. You can suggest steps; they can change them.
We are clear about the line, and so are you.
Conquer Fear supports the work you already do with a client. It does not stand in for professional care, and it does not pretend to.
- Conquer Fear is a self-guided tool for building confidence through small actions. It is not therapy and does not treat any condition.
- If a client's difficulty goes beyond coaching, the app does not pretend otherwise. Crisis resources are always one tap away and never behind a paywall.
- Use your own judgement about referring on. The tool supports the work you already do; it does not extend what you are qualified to do.

Why this exists
Two life coaches did this with me, years before I built anything. Both of them took something I was avoiding, broke it into a step small enough that I could not talk myself out of it, and asked me about it the following week. It worked. What neither of them had was any way of seeing what actually happened in between. They had to take my word for it, and my word was not always accurate. That gap is what this is for.
